You have a proven experience in Finance Controlling/Financial Analysis.
You demonstrate a strong interest for the Luxury industry.
You act as a strong Business Partner with excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
You have excellent analytical and numerical skills.
You have a rigorous and proactive mindset.
You are agile and curious.
You are proficient with PowerPoint and Excel. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
You demonstrate an interest for new financial tools.
You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
**WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS? **
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be in charge of worldwide CAPEX follow-up and consolidation, channel performance analysis and support one specific region.
In this function, you will:
\-Provide detailed analysis of worldwide CAPEX to identify risks, opportunities or any other useful feedback.
\-Deliver worldwide CAPEX consolidation for each quarterly forecasting cycle and run monthly rolling forecast based on latest actuals and trends.
\-Overall coordination of the Maison HQ approval requests process.
\-Analyze financial performance by channel, and projects results vs investment proposal.
\-Support and challenge one specific region in all financial processes : actuals, quarterly forecasts, budget, investment requests - assess business risks & opportunities. You-ll guide them in their financial improvement.
\-Support the preparation and active participation during business reviews with Maison CFO and regional management.
\-Lead and prepare mid-term scenario planning and pre-budget guidelines for this region.
\-Create, develop and adapt reports, processes and dashboards.
