We are looking for an experienced International Rewards & Performance Manager to drive and support the implementation of rewards & performance processes across the Maison, as well as closely work with key stakeholders to partner and support their daily operations on compensation, benefits, mobility and performance topics. The incumbent will be required to interact on a daily basis with global partners, Regions and Markets on the implementation and management of compensation projects and coordinate HR controlling processes with international Finance Departments and Markets.  

 

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

 

 

* Implement the Compensation and Benefits policies as defined by the Maison and the Richemont Group
* Support Markets and entities on salary review and other compensation processes (bonus, long term incentives)
* Develop partnership with Markets to support and advise on rewards related matters adapted to business priorities and local realities and context
* Provide benchmarks and analyses related to internal and external trends and competitive positioning
* Implement rewards communication strategy in collaboration with the Group and Markets
* Lead ad hoc Rewards related projects (eg. Commission schemes, Equal Pay Initiative) and accompany implementation with Markets
* Assess benefits competitiveness and develop best practices with the Group and Markets
* Drive and support performance review process  with key stakeholders (talent, learning and development)
* Provide insights and data to drive optimal decision related to compensation and staff cost processes

* Drive international assignee mobility strategy and practices in collaboration with Group HR

 

 

# YOUR PROFILE: #

 

* University Master-s Degree level education or equivalent.
* 8+ years- experience in Rewards or closely related area  
* Robust experience in SAP HR & Compensation Systems.
* Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
* Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting
* Strong Project Management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills to work with a multitude of stakeholders
* Ability to work autonomously
* Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
