**In order to reinforce our Operations Data team within our Supply Chain department, we are currently recruiting a:**

 

**Data Manager**

 

**YOUR MISSION:**

Within our Operations, the Data Manager is in charge of leading our data transformation efforts and more broadly of acting as a data product owner. The main mission will consist in being responsible for driving the development and evolution of the data architecture and ecosystem of tools, while fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture within the organization. This role will also contribute to developing and maintaining analytics reports, in collaboration with the Data Analysts, to facilitate decision making, and ensure data integrity and quality.

 

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?**

* Own the data product roadmap for the Operations, defining the vision and priorities for data initiatives.
* Represent the Brand within the Group Data community, being the single point of contact for data projects.
* Lead the Operations data transformation journey, including the migration to a new data architecture and ecosystem of tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure data quality and accessibility.
* Champion a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and animating the internal data analyst community.
* Develop and maintain data governance policies and standards.
* Maintain existing stack of reporting and data-driven solutions to optimize Supply Chain and Operations processes.
* Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.

 

 

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS**

* Master degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven previous experience of at least 10 years in data management and data transformation.
* Experience with change management methodologies and a demonstrable track record of successfully leading organizational change.
* Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance principles.
* Experience working with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
* Previous experience with Google Cloud ecosystem and Power BI.
* Experience working in a Supply Chain environment is a plus.
* Fluent French, advanced English, Italian is a plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Strong influence skills with stakeholders across different departments.
* Autonomous, results-driven, rigorous and proactive.
* Comfortable in changing and evolving contexts.
