We are looking for a Consultant Learning & Development (f/m/d) to join our Group and play a key role in optimizing our Global Learning & Development portfolio, including, specifically Management, Leadership & Competency Development. You will be part of the Global HR CoE Learning & Development team, based at our headquarters in Reinach, near Basel. Your work will directly influence our Learning Strategy and Corporate Learning portfolio, shaping how we develop talent across our organization.

As a Consultant Learning & Development, you will drive key programs and design, develop and implement global learning initiatives that influence how we grow our people and foster our company culture. 

 

**Which tasks will you perform?**
You will:

* Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop global learning & development programs, with a focus on management & leadership capability development.
* Lead and manage the design, development, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of key L&D programs and interventions. Includes working with third-party vendors/partners, managing resources and handling budgets. 
* Support and/or drive the implementation of the competency model globally.
* Streamline and ensure integration of suite of development offerings into overall portfolio and broader L&D direction. 
* Continuously identify gaps and proactively complement portfolio with additional (and often scalable) offerings where useful and needed.
* Incorporate an appropriate assessment approach and regularly leverage data & insights to understand success and ROI.
* Identify suitable support from external partners and manage relationships with external vendors.
* Balance and navigate well between Corporate/Global and local/regional needs and often competing priorities.

 

**What do we expect from you?**
You:

* Have a degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology or similar.
* Have 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and/or Talent Management.
* Are experienced in designing and developing learning and development (including leadership development) programs and interventions for a range of hierarchical levels.
* Have subject matter expertise in adult development and adult learning principles.
* Excel at building relationships, stakeholder management, and collaboration across networks.
* Are a supportive team player who enjoys working alongside other L&D colleagues.
* Have program, project and portfolio management experience, including organizational and prioritization skills.
* Are proficient in English (primary). German and other languages are helpful but not a firm requirement.
* Some travel may be required, both continentally and intercontinentally.
