We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Group and help turn complex industrial technology into clear, intuitive digital experiences for users across the globe. You-ll be part of Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions, our product center driving innovation in IIoT, advanced automation, and digital services that empower the process industry.

You-ll be part of a close-knit, agile team working at the intersection of usefulness, engineering, and industry-specific needs, located within our Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions team-the beating heart of our digital innovation.
**Which tasks will you perform?**
You will:
* Design UX and UI for digital services and industrial applications that help users work more efficiently and intuitively.
* Contribute to our design system-working with Figma and developers to maintain consistency and scalability across platforms.
* Support UX strategy by defining measurable outcomes alongside UX Leads and Product Owners.
* Shape information architecture and interaction design to clarify complex data flows and empower operators, engineers, and maintenance teams.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure solutions are tailored to the real needs of our industrial users.
* Collaborate across teams, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
* Translate complex industrial processes into simple, visual, and actionable user interfaces.
* Bring a sense of humor and humanity to the work-helping build a collaborative, open, and enjoyable UX culture.
* Advocate for user-centered design and grow UX maturity within our teams.
**What do we expect from you?**
You:
* Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in industrial or technical environments.
* Are confident using Figma for design and prototyping.
* Have worked with design systems and component libraries, ideally using Figma and Frontify.
* Understand usability, accessibility, interaction design, and information architecture - especially for technical or professional users.
* Know how to balance user needs, tech constraints, and business requirements in Agile teams.
* Communicate clearly and confidently - able to align stakeholders and explain your design decisions.
* Bring humility, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
* Have experience doing user research in industrial or manufacturing contexts (a strong plus).
* Are familiar with (or excited to learn about) topics like IoT, digital twins, or predictive maintenance.
