- You have a background in logistics or business administration, and previous experience in the logistics-retail sector.

- You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and analytical skills.

- You have excellent computer skills and a passion for IT tools. Especially Excel has no secret for you.

- You are resilient and known for your quick grasp of concepts, as well as your ability to think tactically and operationally.

- You can express yourself confidently in French and English (at least C1 level).

- Your communication skills are strong, and you can build trust across functions.

**Your responsibilities**

- You are the point of contact in your unit, for questions about product range administration and planned deliveries.

- Engage in operational forecasting within the unit. Actively monitor and highlight deviations to maintain high-quality operational forecasts.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels through proactive monitoring and necessary interventions.

- Work with sales team to ensure product availability and minimize impact on customers and reduce cost.

- Create follow-ups and secure accurate reporting of service KPI's.

- Optimize operational efficiency, implement improvements, and innovate new workflows.
