Description du poste :

* Computer Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for company devices.
* User Support for Remote Connections: Assist users in setting up and troubleshooting remote access via VPN and VDI, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity.
* Software Installation & Troubleshooting: Install, update, and troubleshoot various software applications, ensuring they function properly across the company's IT environment.
* Folder Access Rights Management: Manage and adjust folder access permissions to ensure that users have the appropriate rights while maintaining data security.
* User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring timely setup and deactivation as per company policies.

Description du profil :

* Proven experience as a Support Specialist, preferably in a financial or similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of VPN and VDI technologies.
* Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business software.
* Familiarity with access rights management and basic cybersecurity principles.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, small company environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
