## About Our Client ##
Our client is a small company operating in the financial sector based in Geneva.
## Job Description ##
* **Computer Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for company devices.
* **User Support for Remote Connections:** Assist users in setting up and troubleshooting remote access via VPN and VDI, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity.
* **Software Installation & Troubleshooting:** Install, update, and troubleshoot various software applications, ensuring they function properly across the company's IT environment.
* **Folder Access Rights Management:** Manage and adjust folder access permissions to ensure that users have the appropriate rights while maintaining data security.
* **User Account Management:** Create and manage user accounts, ensuring timely setup and deactivation as per company policies.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as a Support Specialist, preferably in a financial or similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of VPN and VDI technologies.
* Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business software.
* Familiarity with access rights management and basic cybersecurity principles.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, small company environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
