**Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d)**
Are you passionate about engineering innovation and driving impactful projects from concept to completion? For our Swiss operations in Dagmersellen we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and forward-thinking. In this varied and independent position, you will be responsible within the engineering team for professional, cost-effective and timely completion of projects in the field of cigarette production and packaging.
***Position:***
As the Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) you will:
* **Own the full project lifecycle** - from feasibility assessments and technical concept creation to hands-on implementation - with a focus on high-impact engineering solutions in production and logistics.
* **Champion continuous improvement** by identifying machine optimization opportunities and implementing smart upgrades that enhance efficiency and performance.
* **Lead with strategy and precision** - take charge of project execution and financial oversight using the IWS Initiative Management (IM) Pillar to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
* **Engage in cross-functional collaboration** - work closely with global Engineering and R&D teams while building strong partnerships with both local and international suppliers.
* **Explore and shape future opportunities** - conduct feasibility studies of market-needs in cooperation with our suppliers
**Requirements:**
* A technical degree (BSc/MSc) preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
* Proven project management experience in a technical engineering environment, with experience within the FMCG sector being a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and deliver actionable solutions
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
