We're Hiring: Assistant Manager (Zug Area) - English-Speaking Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a dynamic, international team? We are a bilingual childcare centre located in the Zug area and are currently looking for a Co- Centre Manager to join us from August 2025. What You-ll Do:
Lead and support a team of early years educators
Ensure a warm, safe, and inspiring environment for children aged [e.g. 3 months - 5 years]
Oversee daily operations and uphold Swiss childcare regulations
Collaborate with parents, staff, and management
Support curriculum development and implement pedagogical goals
Handle scheduling, team meetings, and organizational tasks
What We-re Looking For:
Qualified in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) e.g. CACHE L 3 or equivalent.
Leadership or management experience in a childcare/education setting
Excellent communication skills in English, German (a plus)
A team player who is warm, responsible, and organized
Swiss or EU passport or valid Swiss work permit
