Job Description:

KIDAN is on the hunt for a results-driven Account Manager to strengthen our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client success. This role is crucial in maintaining our strong market position and expanding our partnerships with industry leaders like ManageEngine and Zoho. If you're passionate about IT solutions and have a knack for building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in the Swiss market
- Identify client needs and propose tailored IT solutions
- Handle client inquiries, respond to RFPs, and lead negotiations through to contract signing
- Manage client accounts, ensuring customer retention and high satisfaction levels with our services and products
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with technical and business development teams
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Represent KIDAN at events and client meetings
- Stay updated on our product portfolio and IT industry trends

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT
- Mandatory : Fluency in French, German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex IT concepts to non-technical audiences
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
