* Are you a people person? Are you focused on details, even when under pressure? For one of our client - multinational swiss investment bank - we are looking for Client Account Relationship Manager (m/w/d)

### Responsibilities ###

* Support the Client Advisor in their daily business with potential to manage a small portfolio of client
* Keep direct contact with international and national clients on a daily business
* Be the point of entry for processing client orders such as account closings, account maintenance, documentation and payments
* Assist in all administrative tasks and organizational arrangements in relation to client-s general inquiries
* Contribute to an effective risk culture b complying with all regulations, policies and standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements


### Profile ###

* Banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship) a bachelor-s degree in a relate discipline or alternatively some previous experience within a Wealth Management client facing team
* Excellent knowledge of wealth management offerings, processes and risk topics
* A flexible and reliable team player with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable with interacting with colleagues and clients with different cultures
* Strong -hands-on mentality- and willingness to learn new things

* You-ll be working as part of the GWM Business Risk Services, within the Closing Unit in Zurich. We are a team of 22 people and all with diverse professional and private backgrounds. We are responsible for the handling and processing of terminated accounts based on Business & Compliance terminations, fiscal disclosure, market termination and illiquid assets only.
* We work closely with various departments within Wealth Management.
* Our main goal is to enable the bank to service clients at the highest standards within the boundaries of the regulatory framework
