**Your role**** **

 

In a world of high standards and pedagogy, we are looking for a Master Data Manager with excellent data skillsets who leads the Master Data team to ensure data quality and integrity of all our Cartier articles delivered from the manufactures to our central and worldwide distribution centers, drives change and process continuous improvement.

**Your key responsibilities**

 

* Manage the overall Master Data operations- responsibilities and activities, data article business rules and system requirements
* Establish and maintain relevant controls to ensure the delivery performance and governance
* Identify existing and new improvement opportunities to guide, standardize or transform our processes 
* Manage or contribute to projects to meet data article business needs or new regulatory requirements
* Develop, validate automated reports, dashboards, and KPI-s to monitor data consistency and alignment in the various sources; define and follow up the relevant action plans
* Manage priorities and organize appropriate resource allocation to achieve objectives
* Develop a strong partnership with our main partners within Cartier Operations, Internal Manufactures, Group IT, Group Logistics, Group Product & Trade Compliance and Data Office
* Lead team in their development, creativity, performance and efficiency

 

**How will you experience success with us ?**

 

 

 

You have 6-8 years of relevant experience in operations, with exposure to supply chain and digital topics,  and graduated from a Business or Engineering School.

 

You are familiar with MDM SAP, with a general knowledge in supply network operations and the OTC process.

 

You have a strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform, SQL BI tools and overall data architecture.

 

You have strong analytical, problem solving and synthetic skills.

 

You are pro-active, curious, and familiar with the agile methodology (Jira knowledge is a plus).

 

You have excellent communication skills and ability to interact in a complex matrix organization with technical and non-technical teams.

 

You are fluent both in French and English.
