## How you will spend your time ##

As the Global Account Manager for a large Swiss Bank, you will lead the expansion of our strategic client relationship across EMEA, APAC and beyond. Be the driving force behind proposing solutions that transform our client and build a long-term partnership.  


* Discover - You lead the team to delve deeply into the needs and challenges of our customer. You create a shared, thorough understanding of the company, its organization, current situation, strategies, and goals, as well as its ecosystem. Utilize your financial expertise and market knowledge to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities early on.
* Connect - You orchestrate the building and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders to deeply under-stand their individual needs and offer valuable insights. You use these connections to gather information and develop opportunities.
* Inspire - You leverage your knowledge of the market, trends, and innovations to create value for our partners, inspire them, and generate interest in our services. You empower our team with your knowledge and strategically involve experts to position Zühlke as a trusted advisor.
* Guide - Our clients experience you as a reliable guide from solution-oriented consulting through to proposal preparation and negotiation, and on to successful completion. You involve Zühlke stakeholders in a targeted, efficient, and effective manner.
* Lead - You work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders throughout the complex purchasing process to ensure seamless service and exceed customer expectations at every stage - from solution-oriented consulting to proposal creation and negotiations, through to successful implementation.
* Be accountable - You lead the systematic development of our clients through a clear strategy and coordination of all customer-related activities. You motivate the Zühlke team to excel.

* Broad domain knowledge - you have worked for a global bank, preferably in a role focused on strategic internal pro-jects. 
* Intercultural understanding - you are an experienced leader of multicultural teams across Europe and Asia.
* Consultative selling - you have experience in selling professional services.  
* Tech-savvy - you have a strong interest in technological and implementation-related issues in Banking. 
* Fluency in English - both written and spoken with the ability to communicate effectively
