Headquartered in Plan-les-Ouates (GE, Switzerland), Vacheron Constantin operates a global distribution network of nearly 200 points of sale across 36 countries. Our workforce is comprised of approximately 1,500 passionate employees organised into seven geographic regions. Our principal manufacturing facility in Plan-les-Ouates is complemented by a second manufacturing site in Le Brassus, (VD, Switzerland).

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

 

* As Event Project Manager, you enhance our Maison's image, and you bolster our communication strategy. You achieve this by delivering exceptional experiences through projects such as events, trade shows, road shows, pop-ups, and exhibitions, as well as supporting our Markets
* Your commitment to uncompromising excellence and quality of service will ensure that these projects meet their ROI objectives

 

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

 

**Event Planning and Coordination**

 

* You manage major international event projects in line with our Maison's Communication strategy
* You develop and you monitor the budget allocated to the various projects
* You coordinate event-related content with various departments
* You manage the full operations spectrum, including post-event summary, feedback synchronisation and budget finalisation
* You coordinate with external agencies, and you ensure fluid and constructive communication with partners, suppliers, HQ and markets
* You support the team with other projects

 

**Communication Materials**

* You develop event materials, and you monitor their implementation
* You manage the supply, stock, and logistics

 

 

**Budgets**

* You ensure optimal use and synergy of HQ and Market resources
* You track calls for quotes and invoices from suppliers
* You perform budget projections, monitoring and control

 

**Operations Evaluation**

* You conduct post-event analysis according to objectives and external impact (KPIs)
* You evaluate return on investment, project management and identify areas for improvement whilst proposing improvements for future projects

 

 

**Requirements**

You are motivated by:

 

* Gaining some experience in Project Management within Vacheron Constantin
* Joining a dynamic and highly professional team

 

 

You have:

* You are **immediately available**
* You hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication (or similar)

* You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Event Management within a Maison or an agency
* You have solid knowledge in Project & Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Sponsoring and Public Relations
* You are a highly organized and autonomous individual, with strong coordination skills and a proven ability to work efficiently as part of a team
* You have an analytical mindset and you are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
* You speak fluently English and French
