**Urgent - senior Software engineer** with 5+ years experience, sought for a high tech international company not too far from Bern, advising customers on ICT Architecture and projects that are based on .NET Framework and C\#. Some remote work possible but on site presence will be required more than half the time, hence living locally near Bern is an advantage.
The role is urgent with interviews being organised at short notice, although longer Notice periods will certainly be considered.
Daily tasks will be to
* - Design, develop, and maintain software applications, plugins and interfaces
* - Advise/support the customer in defining software requirements
* - Create mockups, models for data, functions and/or objects and developing prototypes
* - Analyse and fix software bugs in production applications
* - Assist in carrying out integration and acceptance test
..noting that work is agile based and aligned with the DevSecOps model
Typically we would expect an applicant to be degree qualified in computer science, with a good knowledge of MS technologies (client/server, Azure DevOps), JAVA, and with very good working knowledge of .NET Framework (C\#), Visual Studio and SCRUM. Experience in the area of virtualization and container technologies is also an advantage. German and English are both required
