The Technical Project Analyst (Drug Product Services) works in a cross-functional environment with technical functions, program management, commercial development, financial and supply chain. Communication on all levels will be key to this role. Key responsibilities: Maintain proactive contact with the stakeholders in agreement with the defined project management rules and of the Proposal and Sales team Responsible for analyzing the project profitability, cost and timeline tracking tracking (cost control to ensure the expected profitability is achieved, invoicing and timely securing of future PO-s and production forecast updates etc.). Reporting of KPIs regarding program execution Prepare amendments and/or scope changes to ongoing projects according to the defined Scope Change and Amendment management process. Define lean process and information flow (proposal, MSA, statement of work, amendments, resource planning, overviews for stakeholders). Form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. Key requirements: Master-Degree in Life science or economical/business degree with experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of the cost of failure both the production and the ability to fulfill customer orders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage information, data and trends Strong communication skills on different levels of stakeholders Results orientated and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft products (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new software packages .
