Technical Operator for CVD coating process equipment (including cleaning sandblasting)

Working time: Full time.
Working place: Payerne workshop.

Role:
As the E.L.O. Business unit, you will play a ground role in get training and operating on our CVD gas process furnce equipment and related sandblasting/cleaning machines. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for equipment setup and running, maintenance, hardware and software training, etc. With the expansion of the business, our machine fleet will be growing with other related surface enhancement treatment equipment in the future.

Responsibilities & tasks :

1. Job description:
 Daily setup and technical operate following equipment:
1) High temperature CVD coating equipment.
2) Pre and post treatment equipment like sandblasting, cleaning, brushing machines.
 Cleaning and maintain of the equipment, include ordering and changing spare parts.
 Discuss with various vendors for consumables.
 Production monitoring and documentation.
 Setup and monitoring safety rules related to this equipment.
 Technical support for other colleagues and customers.

2. Required qualifications:
A minimum 2 years experience in operating and maintenance of similar CVD/PVD equipment with production experience handling high temperature furnace wtih exotic gases. Great passion to learn new experience and technologies.
Apprentice or Engineering diploma preferred.
Language skills: Fluency at least one local language (German or French) is essential, with communication capabilities in English will be preferred.
