* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding, specifically for engineering and technical positions.
* Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
* Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights on the engineering and technical talent market.
* Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.

Description du profil :

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on engineering and technical recruitment.
* Languages: Fluency in both English and French is required.
* Skills:
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring engineering and technical talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
