Your role :
Are you an expert in Financial Messaging and Sanctions?

Do you have the proven ability to analyze / optimize processes and develop new service that reach across the bank?

We’re looking for a senior Subject Matter Expert in Financial Messaging and Sanctions Operations to:

• manage and support the delivery of a variety of projects across functions, divisions, and regions
• support project management with documentation and production of status and forecast reports
• analyze and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• conduct analysis on process, root cause, business impact and cost benefit
• ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements
• identify opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes
Your team :
You will be employed by UBS Business Solution AG and will work in Credit Suisse Service AG in the team Global Messaging & Sanctions in the course of Credit Suisse integration into UBS. Global Messaging & Sanctions is the global competence center and single point of contact for all financial messaging usage, sanction screening and development within UBS/Credit Suisse. The team ensures that the bank is internally and externally connected for the purpose of processing its transactions and in compliance with regulations. It pursues a full-service approach for messaging including processing and advisory. Proactive stakeholder management together with anticipation of market and regulatory developments are key to success.

Your expertise :
• at least 8 years of experience in financial markets with a sound understanding of Banking IT
• In-depth understanding of banking processes and good experience in project management
• analytical capabilities and strong in developing and implementing solutions and measures, even if encountering resistance
• demonstrating a commitment to quality and attention to detail
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as diplomacy to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
• critical thinking and problem solving skills
• dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
