Supply Chain Systems Manager (m/f/d)Background
The Supply Chain Operations team ensures on-time and in-full delivery of products, documents and data along the global supply chain of Roche Pharma. We provide right first time order, inventory and logistics management services by effectively collaborating with different partners, suppliers and customers around the world as one end-to-end network.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Ensure reliable system operations and efficient issue resolution
* Maintain customs, export control and dangerous goods compliant systems
* Provide technical support on system/interface roles, functions and parameters
* Manage system, quality, trade and logistics relevant process standards
* Train and support people on applicable system procedures and share best practices
* Maintain effective communication and collaboration across functions
Must Haves
* Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in the pharma or logistics industry
* Excellent knowledge of SAP SD / MM modules 
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
* Bachelor degree in relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent) are a strong plus
