Axpo Services AG is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead the annual strategy reporting, manage strategy communications within the Group, and drive the development and implementation of strategy-related projects. You will play a critical role in aligning the company-s strategic direction and fostering effective internal communication.
#### **What you will do:** ####
* Lead the preparation of annual strategy dialogue and reporting for the Executive Board and Board of Directors.
* Drive initiatives to enhance reporting and expand KPI coverage (e.g., Management Cockpit).
* Challenge the status quo and promote automation and digitalization in strategy reporting.
* Support in crafting communication plans to align Axpo-s strategy across the Group.
* Create content, including reports and presentations, to support strategy communications.
* Manage cross-divisional, strategy-related projects and support executive decision-making.
#### **What you bring & who you are:** ####
* 4+ years of experience in strategy management or management consulting.
* Proficiency in strategy reporting, communication, and digital solutions.
* Project management skills and experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage top executives.
* Fluent in both German and English (native or proficient).
