Your tasks: Support clients in running our system, helping with all kinds of problems, including technical Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including problems with deployment setups Participate in technical workshops with clients to figure out desired configurations, deployment and integration setups Configure the Software for clients Building and implementing new dev tools and infrastructure Perform root cause analysis for production errors and recommend improvements Follow up with clients to ensure their software is fully functional after releases Prepare accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Your profile: Must have: A customer oriented mindset Degree in a relevant engineering field Excellen spoken and written English Diligence, quality-focused, and analytical skills Ability to meet deadlines Strong diligence and professional communication Desired: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Python and JavaScript Proven experience in a customer support role Excellent team collaboration skills German or French language skills (B2 and above)
