## Job Description ##
EMEA Recruitment is delighted to partner with an exciting business as it looks to recruit a Senior Tax Manager into its Basel office.
As the Senior Tax Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the global tax team and work closely with the Director of Tax and relative finance teams.
**Key responsibilities of the Senior Tax Manager include, but are not limited to:**
* Overseeing the direct tax compliance process, which includes:
* Implementing, improving and developing the tax processes and controls
* Submitting tax filings, dealing with tax reg status (across various countries)
* Implementing tax technology solutions, driving transparency & efficiency
* Being the point of contact globally, for all direct tax matters
* Dealing with tax legislation, legal administration - and all matters that impact the position of the business relating to direct tax
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Certified Swiss Tax Expert
* Strong experience in the area of international tax
* Strong communication skills, able to partner with other business leaders and external parties
* Fluent in English; Fluent German is a plus!
