Description du poste :
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
* Lead, coach, and motivate project teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
* Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle.
* Communicate project status, issues, and successes regularly to all stakeholders.
* Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Description du profil :
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field.
* A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the gaming industry.
* Strong understanding of the software development cycle and agile methodologies.
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing large, diverse teams.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
* Excellent command of English (almost native) is mandatory
