## Job Description ##
* Provide high-level administrative support to two Presidents, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
* Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Organize and maintain files and records.
* Assist with event planning and execution.
* Perform other administrative duties as required.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* **Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English.**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
