## The Position ##

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Quality Partner (SQP) to join our Product Development Quality organization, reporting to the Subchapter lead Product Development Quality. As the Strategic Quality Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring effective partnerships with Development Project Teams, thriving for project acceleration and ensuring no delay in milestones and project execution. You drive consistent interpretation &

implementation of global requirements across Customer Areas (CAs). You ensure the deployment and implementation of the D&D module and drive awareness and adoption of the Risk Enabler inside and outside of Global Q&R decision making. You are an example of living collective success by working, trusting and empowering each other.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Single point of contact for project team (New Product Development/Product Change)
* Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to accelerate development, incorporate learnings, and ensure feedback loops
* Ensure global requirements are consistently applied across Customer Areas (CAs)
* Incorporate quality lessons and postmarket feedback into project support
* Ensure development plans meet D&D module deliverables for safe, compliant solutions
* Lead strategic topics and resolve issues (e.g. CAPA, NC)
* Improve knowledge management within Pre Market Quality
* Foster innovation and continuous improvement in R&D and Product Development Quality
* Model agility, collaboration, and adaptability in the new operating model
* Drive timely, informed decision-making and commitment to implementation
* Encourage an impact- and outcomes-focused mindset

**Your Profile**

* Bachelor's degree in science, business administration or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is considered an advantage.
* 8+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry or a related field in business related functions
* Strong business and financial acumen with an enterprise mindset
* Strong scientific and technical background with sound product knowledge
* Knowledge of Regulations pertaining to the environment (i.e. ISO 13485, GDP, GMP, others)
* Demonstrated thorough E2E understanding for lifecycle management
* Pragmatic decision making and ability to move forward without a perfect solution
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong agile knowledge and capabilities demonstrating new ways of working
* Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams (Squad Lead, Matrix Lead) and driving change.
