## Description du poste ##

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join the team of our client, an international trust located in Geneva.

**Responsabilities** :




* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets to expand the company's client base.
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with directors and senior management to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of our trust services.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
* Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.




**Profile** :




* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the financial services or trust sector.
* Strong understanding of trust services, regulations, and market dynamics.
* Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
