### ABOUT THE ROLE ###



Do you like doing technology functional work which involves applying business analysis techniques along with facilitating agile practices? Do you want to join a team where we already have a strong presence and help our client with requirement engineering capabilities?
If so, we are looking for someone just like you to join us in Zürich. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

### Responsibilities ###

* Elicitate requirements using different techniques
* Define business goals, needs and objectives
* Plan business analysis approach, including business analysis information management, stakeholder engagement & communication (artifacts templates, documents structure, process flow etc.)
* Collaborate with stakeholders (i.e. business representatives, SMEs, Development and QA teams etc.)
* Analyze current state (as-is), to-be analysis and gaps identification
* Translate business needs into requirements (functional, non-functional, transition)
* Document requirements according to selected framework, BA approach and definition of ready (i.e. use cases, epics, user stories including acceptance criteria)
* Facilitate BA activities during discovery phase
* Play Scrum Master role if needed
* Mentor junior business analysts

### Requirements ###

* At least 5 years of relevant BA experience
* Scrum Master experience
* Understanding and ability to propose applicable software development processes and influence/enhance it
* Ability to plan business analysis approach on the project and facilitate related communication
* Familiarity in managing the scope of requirements within the project (communicate to stakeholders potential scope creep and manage related risks)
* Knowledge in usage requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
* Knowledge in using of visual modelling notations (UML, BPMN)
* Ability to support solution testing/UAT
* Strong analytical, learning, creative and visual thinking skills
* Experience in communication with various stakeholders in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team)
* Proficient communication skills in English are a must, while at least B1 level of the German/French language is a significant advantage
