We would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as-a**Risk & Compliance Manager.**

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you lead risk management, internal control, general & product compliance, and ESG reporting for the Maison Vacheron Constantin.
In this function, you will:
* Lead entity **risk management**, including risk identification, assessment and mitigation, including due diligence in sourcing.
* Enable a strong internal **control environment**, including ICS framework.
* Facilitate **internal audit** and ensure actions are followed up and implemented.
* Lead **certification audits**.
* Lead a relevant and efficient approach to general **compliance** throughout the organization and implement product & trade compliance management.
* Develop/adopt and implement **directives, policies and guidelines** and increase awareness and adherence, incl. **anti-trust** guidelines and tools.
* Lead **non-financial data** reporting and ensure high quality and auditability.
In this **manager role**, you will:
* Lead and develop your team.
* Collaborate and partner with other functions in the Maison and Group.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Master-s degree Economics, Management or Law.
* Minimum 10 years- experience in a similar role in an industrial firm or as a consultant.
* Proven track record in business partnering and in managing cross-functional projects.
* Effective communicator with good analytical skills and strong methodology.
* Excellent leadership skills and high integrity.
* Resilient, reliable, taking ownership.
* Proficiency in French and English.
