Description
In this multi-faceted position, you will contribute to driving Numab’s projects towards development and the clinical stages and be responsible for manufacturing our multi-specific antibody-derived therapeutics.
Your Responsibilities:
- Specialize in chromatography – including affinity, SEC, and IEX
- Optimize process steps to enhance yield, purity, and robustness
- Support process transfer and scale-up to Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO)
- Perform cell culture operations at various scales
- Generate high-quality data to drive Numab’s discovery and development projects
- Contribute to technology development and continuous process improvement
- Plan, execute, analyze, and present experiments in team meetings and company-wide presentations
- Collaborate closely with team members to outline next steps and drive projects to success
Ideal candidates will have:
- Completed apprenticeship as laboratory technician with several years of experience or a higher education in biology, (bio-)chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences, preferably with industry experience in the recombinant manufacturing and development of protein therapeutics
- Proven hands-on experience with ÄKTA purification systems and UNICORN software
- Hands-on attitude and passion for lab work is a must
- Accurate and team-oriented work style as well as a high sense of quality
- Ability to work on diverse challenges independently
- Refined computer user skills (Windows, MS Office) and communication skills
- Applicants holding a PhD cannot be considered for this position
