## Job Description ##
The Front Desk Assistant is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, maintaining the reception area, scheduling appointments, handling mail, providing administrative support, and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
* Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees warmly, creating a positive first impression.
* Handle incoming calls courteously and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
* Maintain a well-organized and tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's professionalism.
* Manage appointments and meetings, ensuring accurate scheduling and reminders.
* Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as assist in outgoing mail preparations.
* Provide basic administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and handling travel documents.
* Work effectively in pairs and collaborate with others to ensure smooth operations.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* CFC diploma or higher, or a degree from a hospitality school
* Friendly and professional demeanor
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in reception or customer service
* Fluent in English and French
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Ability to maintain a well-organized and professional reception area
