The Group Product & Trade Compliance department (GPTC) provides regulatory intelligence and directives on international regulatory changes, as well as risk management tools on P&TC practices to Richemont Group-s internal stakeholders (Maisons & Regions). As Systems, Processes & Data Management are the cornerstone for compliance implementation to protect the group from non-compliancy, the **GPTC-Process & Data Team** is responsible to coordinate, develop and deploy the best strategy to manage Product & Trade Compliance Operating Models within the group.  

 

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? **

The PTC Process & Data Sr. project manager is leading **transversal initiatives**, **projects** and **continuous improvements of our systems**, **processes**, & **data management** in collaboration with Maisons et Functions to prevent any supply chain disruption and protect the Group from non-compliancy. He leads in addition the corresponding change management plan to secure the successful adoption of the new solution. 

 

**Your main activities will be as follows:**

*  Lead transversal initiatives, projects and continuous improvements to support the Group to implement new systems, processes & data solutions to mitigate compliance constraints, securing our supply chain from procurement to consumer delivery.
* Initiate, from a given regulatory constraint clarified by our GPTC Regulatory experts, a full mitigation plan, from project business case conception to program/project management until closure.
* Conduct project management following different approaches between predictive projects, adaptative projects and agile product management based on constraints, scopes, dependencies, risk management and functional operating model impacts
* Organize facilitation workshops to perform business analyses & solution design. (Assessing requirements, gaps, risks, opportunities with the relevant stakeholders from our different entities/departments).
* Ensure solid downstream & upstream change management plan & practices, to ensure the successful implementation of your initiatives, necessary condition to ensure our compliance.
* Create and implement Product & Trade Compliance Solution Operating Model & Master Data Governance
* Create and maintain all business processes, documentation, guidelines and training related to the mission.
* Act as a Product & Trade Compliance system & data subject matter expert for all transversal initiatives impacting our area.

 

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? **

* You have at least 8 years- experience-in-an international environment in the field of-digital project management & business analyses with high involvement with data management & digital product management. 
* You are business-oriented while tech-savvy, comfortable and interested in complex systems & data management
* You have strong analytical skills-& attention to details, including empathy for user experience as well as Management skills
* You are very comfortable in-communication-(both written and verbal), including public speaking in front of large audience or executives.
* You have a consultative and-cooperative-way of interacting.-You have the ability to challenge positively.-
* You are fluent both in-French-and-in English.-German or Italian would be a plus.
* You have very good understanding of PLM, SAP & IT systems-logics and general-proficiency with Excel, process modelling, etc. Some knowledge of development languages & data manipulation language is a plus (Python, SQL, etc.)-
