**Project Manager Avionics**
**Responsabilities**
* Lead a team of 5 internal and external staff.
* Formulate project plans for assigned development projects, considering internal and external efforts, stakeholders, cost objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.
* Manage requirements at the department level, ensuring compliance with internal and certification processes.
* Collaborate with diverse internal interdisciplinary stakeholders across all levels
* Provide regular project status reporting.
* Support continuous improvements to project management and requirement management tools and processes.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in aeronautical/Systems/Avionics engineering and multiple years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft development programs, possibly in a program/project manager position.
* Proven success managing small to medium-sized multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex projects is advantageous.
* Previous Experience as Avionics or Systems Engineer.
* Familiarity with EASA CS-23 or FAA FAR-23 regulations, SAE ARP4754 and ARP4761 as well as complex electronic hardware and/or software development (DO-254, DO-178) will be an advantage.
* Fluency in English with good communication skills, German would be an advantage.
* Open-minded and self-driven personality with the willingness to explore new grounds in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
