## Job Description ##
Our client, a leader in the food industry, is seeking a dynamic Product Development Manager to join their Zürich-based team. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic planning and creativity with scientific knowledge to bring innovative food products to market.
This opportunity would suit someone with relevant Product Development experience or a Senior Food Technologist making their next career step.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development of new food products, from concept through to commercialisation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and supply chain
* Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
* Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor-s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field
* Proven experience in product development, with a successful track record of launching new products
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices
* Excellent project management and leadership skills
* A creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
