Key responsibilities: Drive the implementation of global Performance Qualification standards across different Lonza sites. Coordinate & lead process improvement initiatives. Support the definition and implementation of robust business processes related to the CAPEX project quality oversight. Act as a key member in cross-functional project teams, by ensuring that cGMP and Lonza guidelines are followed and implemented during the entire phase of the project, from Ideation to Execution. Escalating issues in an open and timely manner and taking leadership for their resolution. Key requirements: Master or PhD degree in Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or other related disciplines. Notion of biomanufacturing environment, cGMP requirements or Qualification and Validation is an advantage, but not required. Self-motivated individual with ability to solve problems, understand details and strategic vision, have strong analytical and investigative skills, provide pragmatic solutions with a collaborative approach. Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and strong verbal and written communication skills.
