**OPC Risk Analyst (12 months)**

RISK is an integrated function in charge of the independent second line of defense for the risks under its direct responsibilities: Credit and counterparty risk, market risk, funding and liquidity risk, Interest rate risks in the banking book, operational risk. RISK is also in charge of the second line of defense for environmental and social risks.

In Switzerland, RISK is a small and dynamic team with a transversal scope of responsibilities (WM, CIB, and functions). The job position is a great opportunity to have a large insight overview of the bank, at local and central levels, and to develop a strong internal network within BNPP CH and the Group.

**YOUR TEAM**

Within RISK team, the main missions of RISK COO Office are

* To define and maintain the  Risk appetite statement and the Risk ID, and to produce the capital planning and stress tests exercise

To pilot and / or participate in projects with a risk and/or regulatory component

To guarantee the production of regular and/or ad-hoc analyses on the risk profile of the entity

To guarantee the RISK Budget Process

To pilot the RISK OPC framework and to be the TPRM Referent for RISK

**YOUR WORK DAY**

The main missions of Junior RISK Analyst within the RISK COO office are

On Operational Permanent Controls side

* RCSA : To participate to the annual review of the RISK CH RCS
* Controls and actions plan :
* To participate to the review on the controls plan

To guarantee the production and the analyses of the controls

To coordinate the implementation of the remediation plans
* Historical incidents
* To ensure that the incidents are properly recorded and updated in the tool

To ensure the follow up of the incidents
* Recommendations  :
* To maintain the database of RISK Recommendations (to be built)

To coordinate the follow up of the remediation plans
* Procedures and governance
* To ensure that the procedures with a RISK dimension designed by the businesses and functions are identified, updated and properly stored

On TPRM Side

* To coordinate the monitoring of the RISk-s outsourcings
* To coordinate the formalization and /or the update of the SLA

To participate and /or organize the service reviews on annual basis

To guarantee the updating of the OAR database for RISK

On COO Office Side

* To participate in projects with a risk and/or regulatory component (UAT, Committee organization, -)
* To contribute and/or coordinate the production of reportings, analyses and presentations of RISK
* To contribute to the data quality process

**YOUR PROFILE**

* Graduation: Master in Finance, Math-s or equivalent
* Working Experience : Training sessions in bank are a plus
* Fluency in French and English, German is a plus
* IT Tools : MS Office (Xls, PPT), Business object, Tableau and Python are a plus
