Your tasks: - Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the Software & Control specialist group in Flamatt (approx. 6 employees) - Further development of software development processes in collaboration with R&D PCT management - Ensuring the implementation of software projects in accordance with the product development process - Conception, design and implementation of embedded software for the control of RF generators and matching networks - Supporting the definition of new software requirements and functions - Active involvement in quality assurance, code management and releases Your profile: - Degree in physics, electrical engineering, microtechnology, materials science or similar (FH, ETH) - At least 5 years of experience in software development in an industrial production environment - Several years of experience in the development of embedded software as well as technical sub-project management / module owner in an industrial production environment - Many years of experience in agile software development and in the technical management of employees - Very good knowledge of C and C++ - Very good written and spoken German and English skills
