## Job Description ##
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist Relationship Managers with daily tasks for External Asset Managers (EAM).
* Execute EAM instructions quickly and efficiently (stock orders, payments, credit cards) while adhering to regulations and internal guidelines.
* Ensure correct transaction execution, take corrective actions when necessary.
* Maintain cooperative, trust-based, and confidential relationships with internal (middle and back office) and external (EAM, private clients) parties.
* Provide administrative support: monitor account movements, manage account closures, verify simple account openings, update EAM partner files according to regulatory changes, assist in preparing client visits, and post financial market information on the dedicated site for EAMs.
* Respond to EAM's daily inquiries and occasionally to end clients' requests: set up e-banking access, send account statements and estimates, handle calls for absent colleagues, and participate in EAM events.
## The Successful Applicant ##
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Business, Law, or Management.
* Minimum 1-year experience in a Swiss private bank.
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
* Strong adaptability, teamwork, and mutual support spirit.
* Organised, autonomous, and versatile with a structured mindset.
* Residence in Switzerland and available as soon as possible (or quite fast)
