### What you will do: ###
* Ensure integrity and security of data and systems.
* Review the current infrastructure and propose improvements.
* Ensure reporting of P&L and risk metrics.
* Collaborate with MO and BO for setting up booking concepts for new products.
* Work closely with other Short Term Quantitative Analysts.
* Conduct backtesting of strategies and analyze performance.
* Assist Short Term Analysts in developing new strategies.
* Collaborate with Short Term Quantitative Analysts to ensure power optimization strategies are executed correctly to generate P&L and support ORI development.
### What you bring & who you are: ###
* Relevant academic background in a quantitative field.
* Proficient in Python, C\#, SQL, and database management.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills combined with a problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
* Knowledge of the energy business.
* Comfortable with trading and finance concepts.
