You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the industry sector.
  • Define and execute sales strategies.
  • Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.

2. Talent Acquisition:

  • Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Build and manage your own team of consultants.
  • Support career development
  • Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

What You Bring:

You don’t need years of experience—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development.
  • You have between 0-3 years'experience.
  • Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
