You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the industry sector.
- Define and execute sales strategies.
- Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
3. Team Leadership:
- Build and manage your own team of consultants.
- Support career development
- Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

What You Bring:
You don’t need years of experience—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.
- Fluent in German and English.
- MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development.
- You have between 0-3 years'experience.
- Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
