* Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top international talent across various functions and levels.
* Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
* Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
* Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice through various channels and recruitment marketing initiatives.
* Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on key recruitment metrics.

Description du profil :

* Experience: Proven experience in international talent acquisition, preferably within a global or multinational company.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong sourcing and networking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
* Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
* Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
