* Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing organization to align with business goals.
* Develop long-term plans to achieve business results, addressing complex and critical issues.
* Create innovative marketing strategies to generate interest in products and services.
* Manage profit and loss for Sales and Marketing activities.
* Drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve business results.
* Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with business needs.
* Develop budget and long-term strategic sales plans to meet company goals.
* Contribute to the business unit's strategic roadmap.
* Improve Sales process automation and back-office operations.
* Deliver regular Sales Forecasting.
* Build strong internal and external relationships to influence and deliver growth plans.

Description du profil :

* Master's degree in Engineering and MBA or equivalent education.
* Strong technical background in the Energy condition monitoring market.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales or relevant fields.
* Solid finance background to assess decision impacts.
* Capable of executing business plans and developing functional strategy.
* Excellent leadership, communication, change management, and decision-making skills.
