* Implementation and further development of the IR strategy
* Planning, organizing and driving forward IR tasks
* Management of the IR presentation and media releases for financial results
* Organization of investor roadshows and presentations together with brokers
* Close interaction with covering analysts
* Acquisition of new investor groups
* Cooperation with SIX Swiss Exchange and other regulatory authorities
* Oversee IR database
* Market monitoring of performance, reputation and general trends
* Planning, budgeting and regular performance reviews of IR tasks
Description du profil :
* Good knowledge of capital markets and financial analysis
* Several years of experience in Investor Relations, analyst or investor activity
* Sound knowledge of business administration
* Oral and written communication skills
* Analytic and conceptual skills
* Competent, convincing and rhetorically skilled appearance vis-a-vis investors and analysts
* High level of social competence
* High ability to work under pressure
* Diplomatic and constructive
* Proactive, professional and service oriented
* Fluent in English. Other languages a plus
