Your mission:
* Prepare shipping documentation for product shipments to sites, CMOs, distribution partners and (sub-)depots.;
* Organize and coordinate the shipments via globally approved couriers and carriers and in alignment with the requirements of the internal customers.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders efficiently to ensure flows are executed as per agreed process and timelines on a daily basis
* Ensure all activities performed are governed by approved procedures and/or instructions to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations

* ### Qualifikationen ###
Your profile:
* Knowledge in transportation and Warehousing, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry;
* Customer focused;
* You have a commercial, logistic or sales-oriented diploma;
* You have first hand experience in a similar position;
* Excellent knowledge of English;
* Experience with any ERP system, SAP is a must;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Able to work independently but with strong team spirit;
* Well organized with excellent attention to detail;
* Stress resistant.
