Finance Specialist 60-100% (m/f/d)
Your challenges
- Coordinate financial closing and reporting activities in collaboration with the senior controller
- Propel ongoing enhancements in financial systems and processes to support expansion
- Oversee efficient management of internal contracts
- Serve as a financial business advisor to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist various departments with financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- Administer the company's insurance policies
- Lead or support administrative and special projects
- Oversee the extended finance team, ensuring process ownership
Your skills
- Advanced degree or relevant certification in finance or accounting
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Proven ability to learn, adapt and take responsibility in a global working environment
- Capability to create a positive team dynamic and foster high performance
- An understanding of the key concepts of accounting and finance
- Methodical, dependable, and detail-oriented work style
- Proficiency in both English and German
- Ability or willingness to work on complex spreadsheet-related tasks
- Knowledge of Eastern European regulations is advantageous
- Passionate about working with technical products and helping to grow a leading global company
