Mandated by one of our client companies, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Validation Engineer (PVE) for the Microbiology Process Validation (PVM) department. The PVM team consists of professionals with different cultural, academic, and professional backgrounds.
Tasks
- Be a company ambassador for product quality at the customer
- Facilitate customer-oriented decontamination processes with the highest level of safety and efficiency
- Development, validation, and implementation of decontamination processes
- Process optimization and requalification of existing processes
- Preparation of test protocols and test reports
- Customer-oriented troubleshooting and consulting
- Internal and external training of customers, presentations at company and international congresses
- Support for cross-functional technological improvements and innovations
- Knowledge exchange with other team members and locations
- Maintenance, updating, and improvement of internal SOPs, documentation, and workflows
- This role involves frequent international business travel to customers in the pharmaceutical industry (up to 50%)
Requirements:
- Bachelor, Master's, or higher degree in biosciences, engineering, or technology
- Experience in one of the sterilization technologies (steam, irradiation, ETO, or H2O2) and/or isolator decontamination (H2O2 and/or e-beaming) is highly welcome
- Or in cleanroom qualification in the medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in process validation
- Good presentation, writing, and negotiation skills in English
- Professional handling of internal and external customers
- High degree of personal responsibility and motivation
- Precise and careful working method

- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Fluent English
- Fluent German and/or French skills are advantageous but not necessarily required
