We are seeking an Endpoint Security Engineer to join our team of dynamic IT consultants. In this role, you will specialize in endpoint management and security, utilizing a variety of tools, including but not limited ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Mobile Device Manager Plus, SentinelOne EDR, MDT, and other relevant software solutions. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions for our clients, enhancing their IT management and security posture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Innovative Client Solutions: Assess clients’ IT needs in endpoint management and security, crafting tailored solutions using our portfolio of tools and other industry-leading software.
- Pre-Sales Support: Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the capabilities of tools.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business and technical requirements, ensuring robust endpoint management and security.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth, providing technical expertise and insights.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide consulting and operational support post-implementation, ensuring clients achieve optimal use of endpoint management and security tools.
- Technical Support: Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of endpoint management and security solutions.
- Empower Clients: Educate and empower clients with the latest tools and best practices through engaging consulting and training sessions.

Requirements :

- Swiss residency
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in German and/or Italian is a plus
- 4+ years of IT Management and/or Security experience, specifically in Endpoint Management and Security
- Experience with endpoint management and security tools like ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Mobile Device Manager Plus, SentinelOne EDR, MDT, CheckPoint, Intune, SCCM, Ivanti, AirWatch, and/or similar software
- Great understanding of IT management, networking, and cybersecurity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
