### Urgent Position: Business and Data Analyst ###
Location: Geneva
Language : Fluent in English, French is a plus
Contract Duration: 24 months
Start Date: Immediate
JOB PURPOSE:
The mission is to deliver high-quality sales and marketing leads through their digital applications, driving service revenue. As part of this team, you'll bridge the gap between business and analytics to help achieve these goals.
JOB DUTIES:
As a Lead Management Analyst, you will leverage datasets and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to sustain and develop services leads. You will also work on projects that strengthen our digital product.
Responsibilities include:
* Gathering and implementing business requirements for lead development
* Analyzing feedback to improve lead quality
* Providing business recommendations based on data
* Improving and enhancing datasets based on opportunities
* Driving process improvements and automation for lead generation
* Coordinating with the Data & BI team
* Supporting and training users
The Lead Management Analyst must have excellent communication skills to explain analytics to non-technical customers and collaborate with technical teams. They should also be a fast learner with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.

Basic Requirements:
* Master-s or Bachelor-s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Law
* Strong SQL and data manipulation knowledge
* Business knowledge in a specific area or dealer exposure
* Excellent analytical skills to solve business issues and present data to a diverse audience
* Ability to manipulate data and create meaningful visualizations
* Understanding of aftermarket services
* Basic programming skills in any language
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
* Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or other data visualization software
* Advanced programming skills in any language (Python preferred)
* Product, applications, or dealer knowledge
* Project management experience
* A track record of delivering results
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to influence other teams
