## Description du poste ##

**Contract Management**:
Coordinate the entire process for legal document execution, including contracts, ensuring internal reviews are completed and documents are signed in a timely manner. Ensure proper storage of all documents in compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

**Company Secretarial Coordination**:
Assist in organizing Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings for multiple legal entities, including preparation of meeting agendas and required documentation, while ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.





## Description du profil ##

**Candidate Profile**
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

* **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in corporate governance roles, preferably within a corporate legal department, law firm, or multinational environment.
* **Skills**: Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of legal processes.
* **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced skills in computing, including experience with Office 365 and related applications.
* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.



**Languages**

* Proficiency in English is required.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
* Ability to challenge established processes and think critically
* Excellent communication skills
